Special Permit Hearing to hear the application of Susan Papadakis, for a Special Permit under Section 5.3.2.2 of the Zoning By Laws of the Town of Otis for the purpose of a driveway that will exceed 10% grade. The proposed driveway is a 15% grade. It is located on Towhee Trail, known as Tax Map 10D, Lot 24.
